Stopped here for lunch and found the food and service first rate. We initially had the lunchtime special of brucetta (olive and tomato) and a glass of red wine for 6 euros each. Decent sized glass of very drinkable wine and nice brucetta. We also...More

We went to this place four times during our one week stay in Florence. Sometimes just for a drink and sometimes to eat. The owner Francesco played live music almost every night and the personnel was very friendly! Good food to reasonable price!

We went to this restaurant in a group of four friends. The food quality is not bad, but not top either. I ordered a lasagna which I could have better made myself. As a second dish, we ordered a tagliata with rucola and parmesan. The...More

It was good, but nothing special. Though they did have a good beer selection and the location is fairly quiet.

I found this marvellous place by chance and I think I had a lot of luck! I start saying that the food was excellent, from pasta to pizza and so on. The waitress was such a nice and polite girl and in my opinion the...More

We found this place quite by chance as we were trying to get away from the hordes of tourist filing through the narrow streets and it proved to be a gem,the title of this review is exactly what we found.

Found this after a short search of lesser-trampled streets near our accommodation in Florence and were made to feel welcome; a homely informal taverna with good simple food at a good price, a great place for a relaxing evening with friends.

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city

Medieval cuisine in comfortable and relaxed surroundings inspired by the great work of the great poet Dante Alighieri.La divine tavern comedy and has three rooms (hell, purgatory and paradise), and the same menu and specifically inspired by the work stessa.Adatto for any type of event is offered as a receiving point for business meals, parties, meetings or simply for a relaxing moment of rest after visits to museums as the kitchen is always open from 12.00 to mezzanotte.Per dinner the local is warm and cozy both indoors by candlelight or moonlight in the square before the platform perfectly equipped with tables and chairs. The restaurant in the afternoon becomes an ideal place for a coffee break or a beer or simply a moment of reading in front of a good Tea or herbal tea.
