For the past eight years I've watched Pasquale grow GustaPanino from a small sandwich joint into part of the grand Gusta empire in Florence, Italy. This space now boasts one of the most exclusive terraces in Florence, with the sun hitting its tables during the afternoon and a great place to watch people on the steps of the Santo Spirito... We really liked this place. We were fortunate to get a table on a very busy night when we had our well-behaved big dog with us. The wait staff were very busy but still took the time to accommodate us with a corner table on the patio. The food was very, very good. I had the macaroni quattro formaggi and... More

Came across Gustapanino by chance while searching for lunch. The owner and servers were great from start to finish, and the food was fantastic! Returned for dinner, unfortunately there was a queue but the owner overcame this by bringing us free glasses of proscecco. The meal itself was 1st class and finished off by a shot of lemoncello with the... More

We stopped here last night on our way home to the hotel, after a long day out in Siena. The outside area was busy and looked inviting so we stopped and a table was kindly made up for us. The menu is simple Italian fare and there is something for everyone. We ordered a shared starter....polenta bruscetta....it was different and... More

It's a nice spot with tables outside and decent food for a good price. Don't come if you're expecting exquisite cuisine, come if you want a relaxed place to grab a bite in the evening.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Gustapanino. The staff was funny and friendly, and helped us with selecting a good variety of dishes. They all speak English very well, but don't mind if you try out your Italian either. The wine list is a solid representation of the region and is very affordable. Our pasta dishes were... More
