We came to Florence after a few days in Rome. This is probably the 3rd or 4th place we had gelato, and it was easily the best. In addition to the gelato, you can also get the gelato in the form of milkshakes which is great

We found this little site for a gelato hit. We always look for natural gelato as it's a little cheaper and tastes a lot better. Friendly staff and nice selection of interesting flavours.

Based on Trip Advisor we ended up here after dinner. The selections were great. I had the Baccio, the Coco and the Ciocollato on a cone. Very creamy. We sat on the benches outside and enjoyed our Gelato while reading the history of Gelato in Florence and people watched. Reasonable and friendly service. We will be back!

Taken here as part of a food tour to taste authentic gelato which we were told does not contain lots of chemical preservatives. The member of staff serving us was friendly and patient with a good command of English. We chose the pistachio and ambrosia. The taste was lovely and not like any ice cream in the UK.

This gelato shop was recommended to me but the owner of the place where I just had dinner. To my surprise, it was unbelievably delicious. I ordered a 3 scoop combination of pistachio, hazelnut and their original Florentine crema. Try this gelato shop, you'll definitely won't regret it.

I was fooled for the first time by Trip Advisor. I'm a huge fan and they always lead me well… But not gelato in Florence. I tried Marco's and it was just OK. A guide who is a local took us to this place. It was 10 times better than any other place i tried since I've been here this... More

I came here because it's right around the corner from my apartment and now it's a bad habit. This place is one of my favorite in all of Florence! A lot of flavors, all made in-house, and they all taste great! Plus good pricing, unlike other gelateria's in town that have a tourist markup and don't even make the gelato... More

We visited the Duomo on Sept 2015, had lunch nearby and then we headed home and this place was on the way. We gave it a try and it's a cute cozy little gelateria on a narrow street with few seating outside. Ice cream is really nice. Everyone was friendly, we ordered a coffee for my mom from the restaurant... More

Avoid the prices and the crowds around the more popular piazzas and attractions. Wander down the little streets and discover where the locals get their gelato. .....like this wonderful little Shop !

I studied abroad here in Florence for two months so you bet I tried all the gelato stores and this one is hands down the best. The flavors are unique, fresh and the people very helpful and nice and the prices are just right. Highly recommend. -Hugo
