Surprisingly, it can be hard to find a good panini in Florence, at least in my experience. This place delivers in that respect, for sure. We enjoyed a couple of very nice specimens, with great bread and fillings. We also did not experience any of the rudeness - quite the contrary - or delays that other commenters have mentioned. The... Charming staff, incredible list of panninis and authentic Tuscan surroundings. Get in early or late as hit the prime time and you will have to wait.

They take your order and money, then ask you to wait 40 minutes. The panini is good, but other similar locales are better value for money and do not take your money upfront

We just randomly ran across this spot and my wife pulled me in. The menu was only in Italian but one of the workers helped us translate it. The paninis were amazing, mixing great flavors and fresh products! The seating is very tight......

My family and I ate at this small shop right around the corner from the Uffizi three days in a row! The sandwiches were delicious, provided lots of variety (including vegetarian options) and were a much-welcome break from pasta and pizza. The menu was written in Italian on a chalkboard, so our our first day it took us a little... More

They were very rude to us because didn't speak perfect Italian. They refused to even say hello. They clearly hate tourists and are bothered by our being there. Only go here if you like abuse. Plus it was only ok taste.

I think if you are a meat-eater you'd love this place. The deli case was filled with very good looking hams and other delicacies. I don't eat pork or beef, so I opted for a veggie sandwich and it was not truly delicious. The seating was also awkward - high chairs with wine barrels as tables - it looked sleek... More

Very close to the Uffizi Gallery and the Ponte Vecchio and perfect stop off for lunch. The panino I had tasted fresh and flavorful, it was simply the best I've ever had! It's very inexpensive and worth every penny. I would come back without hesitation.

3 minutes away from the uffizi and a street aside the crowded piazza della signora, you will find a small place offering a wide variety of typical and tasteful salads, paninis or plates for a stop and a belly refill. Very friendly, sensibly priced...a place i strongly recommand.

These are honestly the best sandwiches either me or my other half have ever eaten! All of the Italian ingredients are of the highest quality and obviously fresh. A bit more than you'd pay for a normal sandwich but absolutely worth it - and they are huge! On a side street round the back of the Uffizi gallery - perfect... More
