We ate here last night. I ordered the penne pasta with pine nuts, it was very oily and had 1 pine nut in the whole meal! My husbands pizza was also very oily. It was over priced (€5 for a Coke Lite). Then when we...More

Good menu selection, good service and perfect serving sizes. We very much enjoyed our light lunch (hard to have in Italy). The service was good and were able to communicate in English. Great spot

Ordered 4 Lungo espresso coffee's, they tasted like water downed coffee . Obviously they either don't care about the tourists or they ae trying to cheat the public but using less coffee per cup.. STAY AWAY go somewhere else.. Remember the name .. Just awful...More

We thought it was impossible to have bad food in Italy but this was some of the worst food anywhere. We were leaving the Academie and on our way to the Uffizi and this was a convenient location. It would have been better to skip...More

We had a one course lunch + beer here on our arrival in Florence. Whilst our food was fine I thought it was pricey. However we also purchased savouries and cakes to take away on several occasions and these were much better value

2 cappuccinos cost us 8 euro. Avoid this place. The tables were dirty, their chairs old, and service was poor. I've never paid 4 euro for 1 cappuccino, not even in Milan. I would understand if I was in Venice. The price doesn't match the...More

We have been consistently impressed by the fantastic value of breakfast/ coffee places here, even in the very touristy areas prices are very reasonable and the service courteous. Expect to pay about €1.20 for a pastry and €2.00 for a good coffee. Today we were...More

The pleasant atmosphere of this residential area, a
stone’s throw away from the Duomo of Florence,
surprises everyone. A continuous flow of backpacking
students provides the tranquil surroundings for the
elderly residents who sit in Piazza San Marco to read
the daily newspaper. Home to several universities,
including the Academy of Fine Arts, San Marco is one
of the most vibrant cultural centers in the city. A
