If there is a minus or 0 star i would have given that. Just got ripped off 15 euros for a cup (as shown in picture) of 3 flavour gelato which would cost about 5 euros elsewhere. Their gelato must be made of golden nuggets. No price was listed outside and you would only find the shock of your life... More

By the time we arrived in Florence we had frequented the gelato counters in Rome, Milan and around Lake Como. The usual prices were about 3 Euro a scoop. Our group stooped at the stand and we did not check the prices carefully. This particular shop charged THIRTY EIGHT EURO FOR SIX SINGLE SCOOP CONES – Approximately US$ 45! Florence... More

Avoid at all costs. Two scoops in a cup is listed as €4. We ordered 3 cups and started eating them. The price was then €30 - this is a scam run by chinese people. Do NOT buy anything here!

This place needs to be reported to a better business bureau or something of the like in Florence. It's a complete scam and the prices that are listed as you walk up to the shop say 3 or 4 euro for 2-3 scoops of gelato, but they charge double or triple that when you walk in to pay. The scam... The lady tried to charge me 20 Euros for two cones. The price list states €3 Euros for one scoop. Con lady offered a biscuit cone and put in our chosen scoop. She beckoned us to sit inside. When I refused to pay €20 euros she blocked my exit. I paid my €3 Euros for each cone and pushed past... More

2 small cones for 20 euro, gelato was OK but it is a total scam when you see a sign in the front that says 3 euro for a scoop, I ordered two small and hand the lady a ten and she points to the cone inside and said 10 each. If you see this place walk by and do... More

For a gelato, 1liter of water, and 1 crepes, we got charged for €14.00. We decided to stay inside and while we were eating inside for not even an hour, the police came twice in the store because of customer complaints. One guy complained that his waffle was old and he was demanding another one. Another incident was with a... More

DO NOT GO HERE. Complete tourist rip off. Does not even deserve half a circle rating. If this was the last place on earth to buy gelato I would eat my boots.

I DID pay15 euro for only one corn!!! So I asked him why it is expensive, he laughed and looked at me with contempt. I felt he ignored me. I thought it was because i am an asian. Also, he threatened me 'i can call the police for taking pictures'

In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries.
