When you plan to go to Florence, you should try this gelato. The ice cream was super soft and they have a lot of variance. The price was so cheap. I tried to buy the small one first because I thought they would give us one scoop, but they gave us two scoop and we could choose different flavors! The... More

Friendly & efficient service AND great gelati. And good crêpes, too, by the way. Prices were very reasonable as well.

One of the best gelaterie in Florence with rich creamy gelato made with natural ingredients. May not be as famous as Grom, but certainly the ice cream here tastes better. Top of the top!

Venice, good - Siena, better - Rome, almost but Florence... YES! This is where you will find the best gelato and if you're looking for an excellent place to get it with a good variety of flavors, look no further than Gelateria dei Neri! You may need to brush up on your Italian to navigate around but pointing and gestures... More

This was a place I just had to visit as the thought of tasting one of the best ice creams in the world had to be ticked off my bucket list. And what an ice cream it is! Can't explain but you simply have to taste their ice cream at least once in your life time. I had the salted... More

I've been here on three different trips and never been disappointed. They have a fairly wide selection of flavors, most very traditional, and all tasty.

Unfortunately for my waistline, I ate A LOT of Gelato over the course of ten days in Florence. Gelateria dei Neri came out on top. The Gelato was the best. The atmosphere made it taste even better. Servers in white shirts, yellow ties, and paper hats scooping liberally and with a smile. The low prices brought home its top rating.... More

We came here on a food tour and although the selection isn't as big as some of the other gelato places, the flavour and freshness of the gelato makes up for it. Do try when in Florence...

In a sea of gelato restaurants closing whenever they feel like it, you can depend on Gelateria dei Neri to always be open and busy. I've been there 3 times in the last 4 days and I'm not sad that the other places were closed. The owner is always smiling while serving customers and is more than generous with the... More
