My daughter and I stopped here for lunch before returning our rental car. Very quaint place with wonderful food cooked to perfection. Highly recommend if you like to eat well.

Need to drive on a narrow road to get to this place, out of beaten path, in the Certosa area. They do mainly classic Tuscany dishes, all good quality, slightly expensive. It is conveniente for dinner if you have a room in the Marignolle Charme Hotel. They have a good wine list, and a Cantina. I will go back to... More

Pleasant local restaurant in the hills just south of Florence. Plenty of parking in the car park about twenty yards before reaching the restaurant coming from Florence. Good quality mid-range local food very popular with locals. Eating outside in the summer in a pleasant courtyard. Pleasant courteous staff with some English spoken.

Simple inn with history, regulars and nice gardens on the outskirt of florence Food is not sophisticated but generous, authentic and tasty. Efficient and very pleasant service, staff is used to visitors and willing to assist. A pleasant experience but expect a hefty bill (50 euros a head for a two course simple meal with dessert and table wine)

As an Italian I am very critical of Italian restaurants. This one was pretty good, and quite busy. They serve typical Tuscan food so the menu wasn't huge, but the wine list went on forever!!!! Pity I am teetotal!!! Altho my guests and I had a good dinner, a special mention goes to the maringhe e frutti di bosco, which... More

On just a 2 day visit to Florence this week my wife and I enjoyed an excellent dinner at Bibe. Afterwards we wanted to get to a 24 hour pharmacy for a cream for a spider bite that my wife had got a few days earlier. We asked the waitress to call a taxi for us. Instead one of the... More

The food was ok, but that's about it. They brought us from our hotel, which was good. Most of the time there seemed to be only one waitress, who was both inside and outside the restaurant.

Having dined in many great restaurants in Italy in the last 14 days; this has been the best dinner my husband and I have had in our vacation. Strongly recommended each and everyone who is visiting Florence, you won't regret it.

This is an excellent local restaurant, nothing "touristy" about it. It's been owned and managed by the same family for over 100 years. It's charming and quaint, and the food and the service is good and straightforward. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to avoid a tourist trap.
