Family lunch while touring Florence. The wine choices are excellent, Antinori being one of the oldest wine families in Italy. Lunch was excellent with speedy service. Particularly memorable was the octopus, which was very tender, and the tomato soup, which was perfect for a late...More

Very good wine and adequate food. It's a bit difficult to reach to your table as the room is too small for the amount of people inside, but if you breath out, you will have all the chances to sit down

We stopped here for refreshments after a long walk. We did not have a meal, but they welcomed us just all the same, though they were quite busy. Desserts were delicious. Wines were excellent as expected, but friendly service was beyond expectation. They really maintained...More

Always good to have dinner here. I prefer the upstairs but the main dining area is nice. The pasta dishes and the beef are both improved when enjoyed with Antinomy red wines. Reservations are recommended. I have seen too many people turned away.

This was one of the best dinners of our trip. Not only was the pasta amaing, but we could also try exceptional wines by the glass. A great find!

As usual, la Cantinetta delivered. I have grown to expect, even depend on it when I get to florence each year. Difficult to get tired of excellence, and I don't ever want to take it for granted. Many thanks for setting a fine standard!

We returned to this quaint spot and had an amazing night. Food feels like Grandma made it-delicious and wonderful choices. Everything on the menu is wonderful! Elena was our server and she was attentive and kind. But Daniele bench the Bartender/Matre D was who made...More

A decent little trattoria off a side street near the river Po. Some seating outside, but the street is busy with traffic, we recommend the inside tables. We were there on an off night I think - there was only one waiter, and he was...More

this place is a must for wine enthusiast. You can try tignanello, solaia and the guado al tasso by the glass and some others. Tuscan food is served but it is clearly surpased by the wines. expect to spend some money

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by

The historic center is characterized by the immensity

brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
