Let me first say the wine selection in this restaurant is impressive, especially as there are only a handful of tables. The host helped us choose a bottle based on our tastes and his choice, and presentation of the bottle, really set the tone for...More

L'Oro di Siena was a fantastic Italian food experience -- I'd highly recommend it. Every dish I had was fantastic -- I had the charcuterie plate, the pici and the dessert. There was a small seating, and Matthew was informative and helpful about the menu.

From start to finish we had an amazing experience. The one man waiter service was excellent and the food was exceptional. I can’t wait to go back and try other dishes. Such a great little place.

Two couples, one from Rome and the other from Philadelphia, stumbled across this little jewel by luck. From the glass of complementary wine redolent of strawberries and herbs to the exquisite pasta, all was beyond satisfactory. Well worth every penny

This restaurant is not typical of Siena. It is just off the pedestrianised part off the tourist route but worth the detour. The menu is a little different and all cooked by the mother of "front of house" , so a family affair and it...More

We went to this restaurant on a Friday night, we booked at 7.30pm, when we arrived and until 8.30 we were the only ones in the restaurant, this was slightly awkward for a while. I recommend booking a bit later. However, when seated the waiter...More

Do not miss this restaurant on your trip to Siena. It is family owned - the son was the waiter (who knew everything about the menu and the wine) while his mother was the cook. It was hands down some of the best food we...More

Now that's a tough one, they have no web site, the best way to do it, is search for their restaurant in TripAdvisor and you can email them from there as I have just checked and there is a button you can click on. Great... More
