A group of friends introduced me to this restaurant a few weeks ago. What a delightful surprise; on the menu I found a dish I have enjoyed immensely during my travels in Singapore and Malaysia, called Laksa. It consists of a spicy coconut soup with vegetables, rice noodles and either a meat or seafood. At Ka-Chon it is simply called... More

It is a restaurant and bar. The service is fast but you need to make reservation. The crowd start coming in for dinner at 8:00pm. We were there at 7:30pm when it was not crowded yet. The coconut curry noodles is very tasty and the portion is just nice. A good value for money in Geneva.

Coconut curry noodles soup I had was delicious and authentic and portion was huge. Price is around 25-30 CHF for a noodles soup which is pretty cheap for Geneva. Service was swift and attentive but not hurried. Would definitely recommend!

Nice and tasteful dishes , but really poor portions. When you pay almost 30chf for a salad you would expect more then just 4 small shrimps on your plate , and a bigger size of the plate. The taste is there of course , but the portions are just not worth it the price you pay.

Delicious Thai style noodles, great ambience, excellent service...the waiter also kindly gave me a free drink which was utterly sublime. Thank you.

I had high hopes after reading so many positive reviews but the food was very disappointing. Mediocre deep fried shrimp dumplings lacked taste and both the Tom Yum noodle soup and Thai noodle soup were overly sweet with tasteless chicken/tofu and no vegetables. Way overpriced for what they serve and for the poor quality. Service however is friendly and they... More

Really good food and nice presentation. If you have not reserved do not bother showing up. They will make you feel like a 2nd class citizen if you happen to walk in and ask to be seated, I mean down right RUDE!! Especially important in the winter months.

Whilst I have yet to understand the concept and space sharing between Sugar Hut and Ka-chon, the food has been consistent over a couple of years now. I go there about once a fortnight and business is evidently going well, as it is increasingly difficult to get a table without reservation. The menu is limited (noodles and soup, along with... More

The food was superb and the service was just right. We ate in the downstairs part. The three of us had the noodle soup, one tofu, one chicken and one shrimp - all great. Would absolutely go back. Nice that you see the two women chefs in the glassed in kitchen space. Only bad point, their stools are uncomfortable; I... More
