Grand living room of Lugano dating back to 1803. In the heart of city, few steps from the Piazza Riforma and the lake, it is unquestionably grand and dignified yet friendly and welcoming place , and a real delight for the lovers of all things sweet and beautiful.

We walked in by chance and glad we did. This is a nice, quiet and somewhat posh coffee and cakes shop in the old town. The staff is friendly. Coffee was nice and cakes were tasty. Worth a visit.

Just a cup of coffee, but what a delightful place. Didn't try the pastries, but they looked excellent. There is surprising meeting room upstairs, excellent to impress.

There is a history to this lovely, gentile salon which still lingers in the atmosphere of buzz and focus on the best food and superb service. We got much more than we asked for; a simple glass of wine is excellent as it is their house white and it comes with elegant hors d'oeuvres. An oasis into which it is... More

This is an expensive restaurant as all is in switzerland. It is although a great spot for people watching , coffee and dessert. It has been there for ages and it feels like you are in a time capsule. It is certainly charming. they have a daily menu in case you want to eat.

Absurd, they sell you wonderful cookies and pastry but then there are no places to sit down. After about 10 minutes we're gone. Unfortunately moment or bad management....

Although it is quite expensive, such desserts you won't eat anywhere else. The location itself is luxurious and the sweets will make you forget about gaining extra pounds. Fabulous cappucino as well.

We stopped here because it is so charming and historic. We had a little appertivo of aperol spritz. The served it with cheesy breadsticks, savory seasoned nuts and an amuse bouche of salami and cheese. Very classy. The desserts looked tempting as well.
