As hotel guests we were given a table close to the fire-chimney which made us feel hot and not really comfortable - all other tables apparently being booked. An hour later at around 21.30 still some of those roughly 15 tables were free. The day after when questioning the management was complaining about "all those no shows" ... Fortunately though... Lovely restaurant in the Mt. Cervin Palace. Very good food...large portions and quite expensive. All together a very good experience.

Beautiful restaurant, great food and service. We ate there twice during our 7 day stay in Zermatt. We enjoyed the rack of lamb and roasted chicken.

During a recent stay at Mont Cervin Palace, I had the pleasure of dining at the Grill one evening. The food was fantastic and service was polished yet friendly. Definitely consider an option from the charcoal grill for your entree. I chose the rack of lamb special, which was by far the best lamb dish I ever ate!

We didn't have the most straight forward of experiences with the restaurant but what stood out was their ability to deal with the issues and get things put right without a fuss and with excellent service. The best food we experienced during our time in Zermatt, I would highly recommend this restaurant! My wife is Gluten Free and they catered... More

Top rated chop house with traditional setting and top service. The lemon spring chicken is a MUST eat. Risotto as a starter is also highly recommended. Expensive but worth it.

The hotel's #2 restaurant is the only one available in Summer. It is a traditional grill and inexplicably their steak offerings come from an Angus ranch in Oregon! We opted for local faire and it was quite good. The #1 restaurant is Capri and has a Michelin star. Alas, the staff returns to Capri to cook in the summer.

The restaurant has a very impressive wine card. There is something for everybody. Regarding the food we liked the fish menu (salmon), which was delicous and also the lamb met our expectations. But unfortunately the dessert was a flop. The Pavlova served had a remote ressemblance to a true Pavlova. For a restaurant of this standing we had higher expectations.... More
