Been to that pizzeria since i can remember as a child. Their speciality is la pizza della nonna which polenta based. If you love polenta as i do then you cant find it better elsewere except the kitchen of your grand-ma if you are lucky. They also have plenty of other food ranging from meat to vegetarian. If you're looking for Italian food in Lausanne, here is a very good option. Great pizza with an spectacular pasta! They have more options a kids menu. Great environment. The price is good ( taking into account the local standards 1 pizza from 14 to 21 chef) They speak all languages.

Went to this restaurant on my own when I was staying in the ibis on business. I had read the reviews and thought I might have been taking a risk, but it was fine. I had the rosti pizza which was very nice, the staff were friendly despite my lack of french and the food is very reasonably priced.

La Nonna is right across the street from Ibis Lausanne Center - making it the perfect place to stop by for dinner. We only had pizza - but it was very good. I also tried their 'blanc' beer which I enjoyed.

Had dinner with my family and really enjoyed it. We ordered pizza, pasta and salad and everything was good and served in quantity. For some persons I think one plate can easily be shared by two. The waitress was friendly and the price was average for Switzerland. So go there, it's a good option.

Traditional italian restaurant. Service was a bit slow but the staff is kind and friendly. Pastas are perfect. My recommendation is beef with mushroom sauce

Used the restaurant twice, different dishes on each occasion, both of excellent proportions, especially the Pizza Fruits de Mer, almost too big to eat at one sitting ! Good house wine, not expensive..Service excellent, very friendly, no language problem, English translation menu. Thoroughly recommended.

The room is not very big but tables are sufficiently spaced to provide some intimacy. The pizzas are good but overpriced. The service is not very friendly but polite.

La Nonna is a very nice Italian restaurant in Lausanne. It remains my favourite evrytime I’m in this city. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is family. The furniture is original and the vintage photos attached to the walls are very beautiful. Famous for their excellent pizza, you can also eat others Italians meals like pasta, roastbeef, carpaccio...
