... or dessert. Very imaginative, yet simple, dishes you cannot eat anywhere else. Nice and helpful service.

We've been here a few times now, and each time we had a fantastic experience. The pasta is home made and it is very tasty. They sell their pasta from the restaurant for you to be able to make it yourself at home. The service is excellent - friendly and fast - which is a pleasure to see in Lausanne.... More

When I read the comments I was not sure that this place was worth stopping in due to the balanced results. Mise en bouche was not worth it. Tuna was surprising Pigeon with foie gras was too sweet with cherries Am false with Pistacio and pig cheek was a revelation Beef was a bit spicy but very good Dessert was... More

Without a doubt the best Italian gastronomic experience I have ever been to, it is truly spectacular, in taste and presentation. The owner is a charming and humble man who loves what he does, he really makes you feel welcome and just adds to the very personal style of this restaurant. I recommend Pasta e Sfizi to anyone who truly... More

Although very near Lac Lemon, if you don't know it's there, you can't really see it. We went there with a friend from Lausanne, so we had no problem in this sense. Once you get in, you are welcomed by the very sociable owners. We tried various pasta, with Pesto, truffles, carbonarA and they were all excellent. The chef is... More

If you visit pasta e sfizi, plan some time ahead. This is no place for a rush and most of the time I spend 2 hours there, chatting with the chef etc. The food is amazing. Just allow yourself to order whatever you want but I have a special favorite: the pistachio carbonara or the mushroom and San daniele pasta. And... More

Don't expect an amazing ambiance, but do go for the great food. This is not a pizza place, it is more of a modern Italian restaurant that also brings in flavors from other cuisines -- this is probably why I find it much more interesting than other places in Lausanne. I had homemade pasta with pistachios and San Daniele ham... More

Just a few months after visiting Italy, I was in Lausanne and experienced Pasta eSfizi. The food took me right back to the Italian countryside. The pastas are homemade with simple yet satisfying sauces. The owner makes you feel like you're part of his family. And I don't think I can even describe the love I have for the Chocolate... More

We had excellent home-made pasta. Other restaurants in Lausanne overcook pasta because people want to eat it like they eat any kind of noodle. This past was different....it was just like when we lived in Italy! If you want authentic pasta with a real italian recipe go to this restaurant.
