The veggie burger was not great, the meat burger bland, and the bun a bit cardboard-y. Sadly disappointing. Also the sweet potato fries were somehow not quite right. The Chipotle mayonnaise was missing, or maybe salt? On the other hand, for those who didn't grow up in North America, it's probably great here. I guess it just depends on one's... More

I ate a normal burger, called "Tell". And It was flooded on liquid coming from the burgers. Defrozen meat? I don't know... Of course the restaurant's staff will argue that everything is superfresh but the huge amount of liquid was really unpleasant and a little bit weird. Nice fries, good beers and quick service.

I had their HT burger with fries, ketchup, and a beer. The food was very tasty, with the burger having two thick beef patties in a nice sandwich. The overall cost was CHF 27, not cheap even by Swiss standards for a self-service place. There is some seating, but it was quite full on a weekday evening so that I... More

Heidi & Tell is located very near the train station "Enge". You order your burger (smaller one called "Heidi", larger one called "Tell") at the desk, take a seat at a table and get notified when ready. Can be quite full at times.

A cozy place, fun decoration and good service. I must say I missed having my burger with Coca Cola, instead I had to have a lemon soda... anyway it was good!

Loved the quality and freshness of the ingredients, also loved the sweet potato fries (tastier and crispier than elsewhere) BUT: you pay up to chf 20 for a burger WITHOUT fries or beverage – and H&T is a fast food chain, e.g., you order and pick up at a counter. Basically a premium McD. For that service we felt it was... More
