I've been home for a few days now but I still dream about these. Whipped cream encased in a crunchy layer of dark chocolate, dusted with cocoa powder. Absolutely heavenly, I only wish I'd had more of them! Also tried something they named 'a slice...More

Dropped in to try a king size stroopwaffle and a coffee as I was in the area. Best stroopwaffle I have ever had... Brought home 6 in a box to give to my boss. Friendly and approachable staff!

We came here because of how highly recommended it was, we were excited to try some authentic baked goodies. On our first trip here we got the Stroopwaffle. This was delicious in flavor and texture, but tasted more like a thin crispy butter cookie with...More

Tried the stroopwafels and they seemed to us to be more of a biscuit than a waffle? Friendly staff. Not many tables as the place is small but we managed to get one.

Tried the basic one - honey stroopwafel and it’s good. Tried gooseberry tart as well, it’s sour and special. Very nice and cozy bakery has a hundred years of history still run by the same family. Quite busy store with a interesting mix of tourists...More

Went here twice over our short trip to Amsterdam and our only regret is not managing to visit more times!! Really enjoyed having authentic Stroopwafels with a cup of tea / coffee, which were also very nice. Good selection of teas too. I will miss...More

This is a must visit on any trip to Amsterdam- the giant stroopwaffles are deliciously thin and crispy, and very reasonable at €2.50 each. I wish I had one now!

I live in the Netherlands since September, and I love stroopwafels (maybe the most famous and popular Dutch sweet). You can find them almost everywhere, and they're always more or less the same. But this one was beyond normal. It was a VERY SPECIAL stroopwafel....More

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of
tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists
and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the
best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe.
Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops
of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones
Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods
such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
