Lovely lovely feel to this place, really nice little bar with friendly helpful staff HOWEVER.... the food is pretty expensive which is not a problem but the dish that was recommended was awful. We had the beef stew on a freezing cold rainy day but...Dutch stew is obviously very different to british stew. This was just a dolop of dry stewed beef. No veggies and no juice. Real shame as the place was nice but that dish was a real let downMore

This was a very nice place to have a cup of coffee. Staff was friendly. And the apple pie was perfection.

I visited here with a group of friends and we all enjoyed a snack lunch. The sandwiches and salads were delicious. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful. The ambiance is eclectic and quirky. Well worth finding this place in its little alleyway....A nice mix of Dutch staples and Mediterranean food. Much more spacious inside than it looks.More

Nice place. The vibe is really good. The service was good. As for the food... well, it was not bad, just average. There is nothing memorable about it. We only picked this place because it is named as one of the top 10 restaurants to...try in this neighbourhood (perhaps the tour guide needs some editing). Anyways, as I said, the atmosphere is great, so, if I come back (mostly unlikely) it will be to have some beer or wine.More

My girlfriend and I found this cafe while wandering through the streets. We stopped for a coffee/hot chocolate and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping for a visit.

Stumbled across this while wondering the streets. Very tasty dips to start, mostly went for veggie options, Cheese fondue, chickpea curry and veggie lasagna. All eaten by my children with very positive feedback. Lovely setting, nice service, a great little find.

Always go here when in Amsterdam and after yesterday's visit it was time for a review. It's chilled, friendly with good food and drinks at reasonable prices. I will continue to visit Zeppos.
