Went to the Harbour Club on a Friday evening to find it almost empty. As this is a vast place, you literally feel like eating alone. The DJ playing was also bored. The menu choice is limited and the food is quite 'industrially' prepared. Apparently, the place is more crowded in the weekend...

Management response:

Dear jjonckheere, Thank you very much for writing us a review. We genuinely appreciate your feedback. We feel very sorry that you didn't completely enjoy your visit. In general, the weekends are more crowded than on a week day. But this may not be an excuse for an unpleasant stay. We take your feedback very seriously and we hope to... More

Had a late evening bite here, but I must say despite having a well-known name, service and food was not up to my expectations. It wasn't busy when we arrived but we had to wait for some time until the waitress came to us. The sushi and dessert we ordered was good and nicely presented, but I would say that... More

Had booked a table for 10 on behalf of business. I've been to this HC before so knew what to expect. Upon arriving there was nobody there to collect our coats and this lasted about ten minutes which was a bit annoying. I asked my guests to go in while I waited with the coats for the staff to come.... More

The food is actually quite good but if you are the type of customer that doesn't want to be kept waiting for 90mins for a table (after booking) and then asked to 'upgrade' the wine that after a lower cost bottle was chosen then the more expensive option miraculously was found , plus having 45 minute wait between courses ...... Comprehensively bad experience from a usually great place. Table was not ready on time. Staff was very rude & still waiting for about 2 hours and no sign of food. The only salvation was the company around the table. Avoid if you can.

Had a booking at 8:30 and the main dishes did not arrive until 10:45. Nice place but the service was disappointing!

Really had a good time, food was good but a few things could be tuned: at some point the waiter brought a dish he then took back, there is a DJ in the toilets, which is really, really weird and every piece of (delicious I have to admit) bread is sold 7 euros. Ridiculous.

Went here for dinner: horrible service, way too arrogant staff, mediocre food and asking for a tip...This is really not ok. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

Its a lovely place to lunch and dine all year arround but especialy lovely in summer when you can enjoy the weather putside and the lovely boats. The food is delicious. Never had a bad experience. The waiters are friendly and profesional. Delicious steaks sushi seafood and lobsters in 3 different ways.

The restaurant / venue lies a bit distant from the city center and the only true option is taking the car there. There is enough parking space available on the restaurant grounds. Service in the restaurant was bad and not up to standard with other restaurants I visited. Waiting times were very long although it was really quiet that day... More

A unique location in Amsterdam with international allure, a vibrant atmosphere and extraordinarily great food. A blend of Miami, Barcelona and the Cote d'Azur: an industrial location – an old wine terminal – turned fashionably chic. Drop by and be amazed by the immense space (2200m2), the top-notch styled interior, the six-metre-long fish display case, the high quality cooking and the sixteen-metre-long mural from neo-pop art artist Selwyn Senatori.

A visit to The Harbour Club is pure and intense enjoyment, guaranteed. High-quality cooking with a dash of playfulness, but always with an eye for detail. Sit outside on the extensive patio, pick one of our many cocktails and enjoy the view over the water.

The Harbour Club Amsterdam is located within a five minutes’ drive from the Amsterdam ring road and has 250 free parking spaces available as well as mooring locations for boats.

Are you looking for quality in a relaxed environment? Then you will feel right at home at The Harbour Club Amsterdam.
