We had high hopes after reading the reviews and being recommended by a friend. We had the 6 course option, which does turn out to be around 10. We have been to 'taster menu' restaurants before in the UK, and this was not as good as those. When we arrived, we were offered an appetiser drink, which turned out to... More

We had high expectations for dinner last night that we were not met. Both our main dishes were disappointing. My wife had lemon sole which was very salty. The waitress said this is because the fish is steamed and then brined. This is an unusual preparation perhaps appropriate for herring as an appetizer but not at all expected for sole... More

A small exquisite restaurant in the middle of the city. We choose both a 5 course menu and had a great experience. The food was mostly great and ended with a highlight - the dessert! The service was even better - the made you feel at all times comfortable and were the perfect hosts. I

Final night in Amsterdam was made special by Senses. The prior reviews are on point. A lot of "dishes" in addition to whatever course meal you choose. We did the five and it felt like ten. The service was great. Fun feeling yet a bit of formality. The plates were delicious and presentation was lovely. Justified of it's high Tripadvisor... More

Had a delicious four course lunch for just €46. From start to finish, the service was excellent, with the wind being well explained and the courses delivered at just the right moment. If Kyra is your waitress, then you are in for an excellent meal!

I spent 3 months searching for the perfect restaurant to have a special meal with my new husband as we were on our mini moon. I wanted something a bit different and new for us. I don't think I could have made a better choice! The food and service is impeccable! We had 3 courses one with pairing wines, but... More

Booked a table for my friends birthday and she absolutely loved it. The food was stunning in both looks and taste and the Sommelier chose some amazing wines for us. The staff were charming and friendly, I would definitely recommend!

Tried the 5 course surprise tasting menu paired with wines. It was simply delicious. Open cuisine meant you could watch the chef working. very small restaurant. No dress code. Only grunge was that the chef passed near my table which was closest to his kitchen and didn't say hello nor ask how was the meal. Service is done by young... More

We went for the 6 course tasting menu (no wine) and it was a very special expereince, not one we had expereinced before. The food was delicious and so different and lots of combinations we had never expereinced. While it was a 6 cours meal many other taster items and breads were also given to us which complimented the rest... More
