The best sushi in Amsterdam you can get. The place is not that big that you better make a reservation. If you can sit at the counter, that is much better.

Very small sushi restaurant, the atmosphere is more like a living room. .For many years the same top quality, the best fish and preparation of very high standard! No fusion, no nonsense, just pure passion to deliver the best!

This is really a master chief cooking at Okura Amsterdam Level! And that is a big award. And HE is a polite guy doing a wonderful job. Re food we really enjoyed dining here. But......the waitress is terrible. With one smile she can change the Kaiko-world in a super rating. Please do that. If you don't speak Dutch no problem,... More

We use to love this place! It was awesome and then the friendly server disappeared. The server who stayed on is the cranky one. Then we had some horrific service. Waited 1 hour after ordering for sushi and our fried food came first. Seems they are making up for the missing server, the sushi chef is now frying food too.... More

The sushi was super nice, they use fresh ingredient, no sign of old fish. The staff and chef also very friendly, recommend !

Really enjoyed dinning in Kaiko. Japanese chef cooking makes all the difference. Several minus tough:1) Chef does everything so service can take it's time. 2) Given amount of work on stress sometimes you get the feeling thet the chef could have done better. Nevertheless really good and fresh sushi. Always amazing to have good and fresh japanese food prepared by... More

If you enjoy focusing on the quality of your food don't mind eating in a pretty ugly environment - it's not awful, but rather soulless - Kaiko won't disappoint. In fact, I find its sushi better than at the acclaimed sushi bar in the nearby Okura Hotel. It's cheapter - though by no means cheap - and has got character:... More

This sushi restaurant has been here in Amsterdam for more than 20 years. And I used to be a frequest guest here when I lived in Holland in the past. This time I came back with my wife for the first time after more than ten years. The quality remains excellent. I reconfirmed this is the best Sushi restaurant in... More

Very friendly people, good service, food is simply the best in Amsterdam and excellent value for money. The only downside is that it is a very small restaurant and that you will have to call to reserve a place because it is busy. You will not always be able to go there spontaniously as there may not be a free... More

The best sushi in town, really fresh, tuna belly absolutely awesome. Price is ok for the quality of the dishes, but the service could have been more polite.
