The falafel was well done and the salad bar was fresh. No place to sit but this food is really best eaten on the go. If you want a simple vegetarian meal this is a fine place.

Maoz is easily located a short distance from Central Station. Casual, clean and welcome environment. Simple menu of falafel in pita/falafel salad with option of extras e.g. fries, eggplant etc if needed. My warm pita stuffed with falafel patties was handed to me and I was directed to the salad bar where I was able to freely personalise with the... More

This place scores high on the counts of food and value for money. Ambience is pretty basic. The falafels start for as little as 5 euros and for the unlimited refill option it is mire than worth the price. There is also a huge variety of veggies and sauces/" toppings to choose from. It instantly reminds you of subway though.... More

I love Moaz but they are few and far between. This was close to our hotel so we got take out. Menu is the same as the one in Austin. Great food. Crowded and few places to sit but that was okay. Minor quibble...not as many fixings but that is probably cultural.

The food here was nice, fresh falafel with whatever salad you like. However the service really put us off, very snappy staff and a lot of people crammed in a small space. Would not go again for this reason.

We were a family with young kids and we spotted this vegetarian restaurant/take away. Delicious falafel, pitta bread, salads and sauces (humus, tahini, garlic mayo) and nice chips also. Definitely great for young kids as they can do the salad separately in tubs so you can get to pick what veg/salads you want. Really yummy falafel and very reasonably priced... More

You just can't miss Maoz if you are in Amsterdam and happen to be a vegetarian. Warm falafel with fresh unlimited salad in pita bread feels like heaven.

Falafel in a pita or on a salad. They make the falafel fresh for every order. Lots of options to add on, but we just had the basic. After you receive your falafel there is a salad bar of yummy items to fill your pita with. Red onions, cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, well you get the idea. Then there's the row... More
