My AirBnb host warned us about eating at the restaurants directly around Grand Place. We didn't listen and were suckered into eating at this restaurant. And I do mean suckered, as other people have said they lure you in with a free beer with your first course. It ended up being a small glass of Stella Artois. The food was... More

We were looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to eat on our first day in Brussels and a smooth talking guy convinced us to dine in this restaurant. We went for the €12 menu and everything was very good. Personally I like to talk to restaurant staff and the guy who encouraged us to come in was very friendly and... More

Probably the worst meal I have ever eaten out. After walking around for a while this was the second place that we visited. Got tempted by the fresh seafood outside and was asked inside with a free glass of wine. Well wine - think it was just brewed as it was pretty sour. We ordered our meal and a bottle... More

All seven of us disliked our main courses (the starters were ok) but it was the ridiculous price that annoyed me most. Creepy staff. Give it a miss.

It's hard to say anything positive. You get dragged in, then given expensive menu rather than the cheaper menu of the day. Either way the food was dreadful, wine ok but € for 4 portions of microwaved garlic bread, sorry, it was awful.

We went with a group of 11 people, searching for nice place to eat dinner. One of waiters proposed us a free drink (wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverage) for a menu. When we sat down, we've got an invitational drink (white wine with chemical cassis juice). Then we ordered menus and received drinks. Of course in the end it occured that... More

We went accidentally because the owner offered us the choice of the €10 menu, like many others on the same street. The chicken fillet and the beef were delicious. Well done, nice proportion and the drink. We paid exactly what promised. Went back the next day and exactly the same. Nice food, not great quantity, but enough for a good... More

I wish I read up on the reviews first! We wanted to get out as quickly as possible, they will try and entice you with the set menu prices of 12 and 18 euros, on sitting, they give you the main menu of which you have to ask for the set menu individually. It was only then, that I got... More

They are cheaters. I also got trapped with an advertising board: Moules, frites and a beer for less than ten euros. They offered me the menu. I declined, and said: "I know what I want: moules, frites and a beer", while I signaled that board. When I had to pay, they charged me 34€ in the credit card. I tried... More
