I too am ashamed to admit to being conned by seemingly 'service driven' manager..no prices on menu, deceptive offers, by the time you realise your horrible mistake its too late. Service is slow and indifferent after you order and the Food is average at best..€95 for bland seafood platter, frozen veg and 2 waters!! What a ripoff! Avoid the whole... More

Cozy looking place, but the food was quite bad. Got stomach problems from their mussels. They tasted old and the tecture was mushy. I could eat only 1/3 of my portion.

Before traveling to Brussels, I new we had to try the seafood there, its the highlight of their cousin. So we walked along this street where there are many restaurants. The guy outside did his best to convince us to go in. It was a bit early, around 7 pm, so there was nobody in the restaurant. He promised that... More

The €10 mussels lunch becomes €21.50 if you allow them to cook them in garlic or white wine. Those were the only two choices provided. avoid like the plague!!!

After a very seviceminded and positive guy convinced us to eat at his restaurant, it went downhill. Lunchtime at a tuesday, very little people and they serve cold lasagna... Think they warmed up a bit, and you could see that the cheese wasn't melted. The waiter seemed indifferent. My friend was happy with his oysters.

We dined at L'Arlequin on our first night in Brussels. We were wandering along the restaurant strip and here was as good as any since they all kind of looked the same. We sat down and the guy came over with a board with pictures of food on it but no prices. My husband ordered the grilled meat platter but... More

They try to convince the people passing by with false promises. Service was mediocre, food was mediocre for a way too high price. When we left without taking desert or coffee, they were obviously not amused and a thank you when paying was too much for them. Horrible experience, I should have checked trip advisor first!!

My husband and me had a seafood paella which costed 101 euro. It was a big portion and tasted ok, but anyway so not worth the money. Lesson learnt - never go to a place without looking it up on TripAdvisor first.

My mum, brother and I spent the weekend in Brussels. Unfortunately my brother decided we should eat at this restaurant even though we were clearly in tourist trap central (you'll understand when you walk down the street) and it was empty. They tricked us with free drinks. They then proceeded to provide us with a horrible meal which I ate... More
