Magic Rubens is a lovely place to eat and drink and watch the lively grassmarket with its tourists, buskers and locals all mingling. Recommend the cherry beer. It's amazing.

Was there for dinner. Quiet as it was late but the staff were friendly and served us despite the late hour. Had a beef casserole - Not bad but a bit too bland. Enjoyed the beer and the company.
