Trendy Italian restaurant with elaborate menu of pasta, pizza and Italian specialties. We had pizza and they were excellent. Prices are acceptable for the good quality food you get. Service is ok, but could be a bit more warm and pro-active (hence a very good instead of excellent). Nice terrace overlooking a water pond which used to be the old... More

I visited this place again and to my surprise the quality of food went down. It is now expensive and rather average food. Lots of sauce and not too much taste. The best for the drink. Staff is nice.

Enjoyed several Italian dishes including excellent pizza. Friendly and attentive service. Good and reasonably priced wines by the glass.

name must be a joke, but the restaurant is serious about its food and wine offering. The menu has the italian classics and more, never had a bad meal there and the wines-by-the-glass are generous 'what is open', so very nice surprises possible ! interiors is dominated by contemporary light fixtures, which is very nice and creates some nice intimacy,... I don't mind paying a bit more time to time to have something special. The price of all their pasta dishes are above 20 Eur while they're not special. And even the pizza was 15-17 Eur, you can eat same quality pizza with less money in the city!

We were in Brussels for a long weekend before Christmas. Didn't have a clue really where to eat but we walked past this place in the daytime after having been to the Xmas market and thought it looked good. Arrived and it was packed. But the manager ushered us in and gave us a free drink while we were waiting... More

I went for dinner with colleagues last night because the place looked interesting from outside. We order antipasto, it was ok, a variety of cheeses, ham and vegetables good but nothing special. As a main we ordered 4 different pasta plates and we all had same opinion, regular pasta at 25€/dish. I ordered spaghetti vongole and it was a pity... More

Nicely located around the Marche aux Poisson, you can sit inside or better like we did outside on that sunny evening…..no more sun on the table but nice temperatures and a lot of life around in that area. The service was very good, food tasted nice and all were happy. as usual, the bills here in Brussels are shocking although... More

I pondered a lot before writing this review. But in the end, I decided to write few lines of our experience last year. A friend of our told us that Fornostar was a good location where to spend an evening in relax and tasting a good pizza. So we reserved a table for 8 people (6 adults and two children).... More

Had a great dinner in this Italian place. The place serves pizza which are pricier than usual but this is also not a cheap place otherwise. We shared with 3 a starting platter for 2 which was more than enough ham and such. Tasty but not extremely special. The tomato sauce was very delicious however. As a main had ravioli... More
