Overall disappointing. The service was good. The atmosphere was cozy on a wet and windy night. My wife's meal – the vegetable lasagne starter – was actually quite good, but that is all the good I can say. The bread was dry and obviously past its prime. My pasta with chicken was bland and tasteless. Given the choices in the... More

Not much to look at from the outside and not very busy (especially considering the area, which is just off Sablon) but really delicious, well presented food from quite an eclectic menu. For a starter I had two cheese croquettes with ham, cooked chicory and a nice salad (€13) followed by guinea fowl in a delicious ginger, slightly oriental style,... More

Three of us had lunch here on the day of all the security alerts in Brussels and it was so nice to escape to a different and kinder world. The food was well prepared and well presented and just what we needed on a cold wet day. It's not a fancy place but it's pleasant and relaxing. The service was... More

We stopped here for lunch. I picked the Caesar Salad and my partner went for the Blue Cheese one (both at 13 euro's) . The Caesar Salad had well seasoned chicken, thin slices of old cheese and a nice balsamic dressing on top of the lettuce. The salad itself was very good and large, the bread that came with it... Go here for something especially delicious and French! The salmon was to die for as well as a good selection of beers, wine and spirits. Dessert was also great.

Well placed brasserie just off Sablon Square. Tables crammed together but not busy -9.30pm. Service brisk and impersonal. Our waitress was more interested in her phone than the customers. Carafe wine was acceptable. The steaks were good but seemed young enough to be classified as veal. The duck was reheated and had a "standard" sauce poured over, not cooked together. The... More
