The food is really average but at under 10 euros for a plate of meat you cannot really expect more! Actually the quality / price ratio is excellent! Bottled wine is also priced very reasonably. If you order some, try the "csinomavro", a regional variety found only in certain areas of northern Greece, or any "agiorgitiko" they might have in... More

The food is nothing special - not specially good, not specially bad (though the house red wine is to be seriously avoided). Not worth seeking out, but ok if you are passing and need a simple meal. Filling and cheap.

Hidden in a small street close to the Midi train station, we found this small Greek restaurant. No nonsens here, you sit where place is available. This can be a table for two, but you can also huddle up at the large table. No problems with te menu. You are invited to the kitchen and can choose your dish. The... More

We had a few hours to kill prior our Eurostar Train departure. This establishment was very clean and the staff very polite. What amazed us most was that we were taken into the kitchen to choose what we wanted to eat for our lunch not because of the slight language barrier even the locals eating there was invited into the... You have to be prepared to be taken into the modest kitchen to choose your meal, and based on many holidays in Greece this is often how traditional Greek restaurants operate. I was not enticed by the trays of cooked food already prepared, but this again can be the traditional approach. We were able to convey that I did not... More

We decided to eat here due to the reviews but we wish we hadn't bothered. The restrauant wasn't busy when we arrived we were told to pick a table then as soon as we say down we were ushered in the kitchen to pick our food. We tried to ask about a starter but we were just told to pick... More

I have enjoyed this 3rd generation tavern for 35 years now and it is still one of my favorite diners. A warm Greek welcome before one gets into the kitchen where you can choose the composition of your plate from the various Mediterranean and Belgian (wonderful chicons) ingredients. Choose a seat at one of the tables, order retsina and have... More

Something is up in this neighbourhood when we had to buzz our hotel reception each time to gain access into the lobby. Definitely not the polished touristy area like the Grand Place. With limited dining options around Bruxelles Midi, we decided to have dinner at this local Greek restaurant on the recommendation of the earlier reviews and we must say... More

This restaurant was recommended by our B&B for a lunch time stop, It's located near to Midi station in an area full of ethnic eateries, including african and spanish restaurants. We both had the lamb shoulder with mixed vegetables and some rice. Great flavours and huge portions. Just about had room for a plate of mixed pastries for dessert. There... More
