Many websites pointed to this place, and we spent half an hour getting there from the city centre. Seemed like a relatively free day as there were only 2 people in front of us in the queue. Fries were slightly crispy, and tasted good with...More

Only 20min to eat while in the European Parliament area, why not try this Fries institution... There was no queuing this day, and we were very welcome to sit on a bar's terrasse nearby to savor those crispy and delicious fries, along with a good...More

If you want to taste the real french fries of Belgium you should definitely visit Maison Antoine. We tried fries from a lot of other places, but here they have the best of all.

If you want to try these famous fries be prepared to wait in a huge line for quite some time. The service is a bit slow but at the end it's worth it although in my opinion there are some better friteires in Brussels.

They are only fries. You can find better street food in other place. A lot of tourists ( even Angela Merkel). Long queues.

Even after renovation, compared to other chippies, this one is without any interest. Fries were greasy with a weird texture. fries very often too long in oil and thus too dark already. Choice of sauces ok. Avoid, there are many better places.

As a Belgian living abroad I was craving for Belgian fries when travelling to Belgium for work. I visited Maison Antoine many times before in a previous life but was not impressed with the service at their huge 'frietkot'. However, the fries served were really...More
