If you're staying at the Belgian coast and want to eat very good there are 3 1 star restaurants. This is 1 of them. If you enter you expect Belgian French traditional food. But nothing as this. The Asian influence is huge on Belgian products. So a surprise over the full line. We took the 6 course menu and it's... More

Very nice place and relaxing environment. We took a 4 courses lunch on Saterday. The restaurant is not that busy then. Food was good on 1 star level expected. Some dishes could use a bit more spice in my opinion. Also the wine with for instance the lamb dish should be a bit more relevant. But certainly a place to... More

This restaurant uses a lot of Asian ingredients and lots of their food is quite spicy. The presentation is also very nice. But the price of the beverages is a bit unreasonable. I don't expect to pay EUR12 for 1 litre of water, EUR15 for a glass of lemonade and EUR7 for an espresso. The acoustic of the dining room... More

We had the 6 course with wine menu and I cannot remember when I have eaten such a beautiful and thoughtful menu in a long time. It was so well thought out, and each course blew our minds. The only course that we didn't squirm in our seats about was the lamb (and whilst we understood the irony) a pita... More

This place is a little outside of Bruges and as we were only in town for a weekend, we wondered if we should make the trip (25 euros taxi ride each way from Bruges centre) but we did and are we glad we did. Looking out across fields, with a glass of champagne in hand and a personal greeting from... More

This one michelin star restaurant is again a must. It's situated in an transformed farm from the 19th century. Very well situated and enough parking possibilities. Wooow what you get to taste. A dream for the stomach but also for the eyes, the way they put on the plates. Excellent wines. Excellent service!

Although the food was very good and we enjoyed the evening with our friends, the service (or total lack of it) makes that we would not want to go back, which is sad as it is near where we live. Not wanting to make statement around the quality of staff , I think there is a lack of staff that... More

We definitely had a wonderful evening. Do not hesitate to go here if you love fresh vegetables, herbs and food overall. Even though we kind of arrived here by accident (we are bad planners) this has been one of the best surprises in a long time. Also from a price perspective (looking at the 1* Michelin, we found this reasonable... More

Was invited by a local resident to enjoy a fine dinning experience. We certainly were not disappointed. The food was outstanding with excellent pairing of stunning wines which certainly complimented the variety of excellent flavor. We were fortunate enough to have the table right next to the kitchen, what energy the staff put into each perfectly played dish. The service... More

The herborist owes it to its name to use fresh herbs and flowers, some from their own garden, in its creations. The chef runs a tight ship and keeps costs under control by proposing a set menu where the number of courses can be chosen (from 3-6 with cheeses optional). It is possible to specify certain foods that one absolutely... More
