mussels with wine was very good and fresh. friendly and uncomplicated service, which is a plus if you have kids with you. (and the terrasse view to the horse-carriage stop was a big bonus for my daughter)

Food is mediocre. But most of all you get almost 2.5 cc in your glass of wine and that for the price of 4.95€... ! Only for tourists who want to empty their wallet.
