Moderately small restaurant, with a nice terrace, located in a quiet part - near the Coupure - of the Bruges city centre. The lady of the house runs the kitchen while the husband serves the plates. Very charming and calm atmosphere. The menu offers Flemish kitchen dishes at moderate prices. Big eaters can handle starter, fondue and a dessert, but... More

Oysters for starters.Venison and lamb dishes were excellent. More traditional atmosphere with seemingly more locals eating there....good thing. Service ok.Would recommend.

As grateful as we were that the short notice booking for 8 was accommodated, we were still not prepared for the level of excellent service that was to come. The food itself was wonderful, but the novelty of the fondue was only half the experience. A lovely atmosphere, and a real treat! Would definitely return.

It might have been a night off, but while we thought that the food was nice the owner was rather rude at the beginning of the evening - we were very tempted to just walk out. We arrived at 8pm and he insisted we were one hour late, when we knew that the owner of the B&B where we were... More

The owner was very welcoming, he even gave us a tour of his garden, as he was keen to show us how he had grown some of the ingredients that went into our food! Food was excellent. Highly recommended.

The food was amazing and delicious, we couldn't ask for more. A little bit expensive for me but good to try one time. And the Chef, what an wonderful lady!

This very friendly restaurant has an excellent fish and sea food menu. I had the eels and my wife the salmon. Both were unusual and very tasty.

This is a pleasant restaurant, with good spoken English and a nice welcome. It is owner run, wife in the kitchen and husband in the restaurant. There is a nice garden outside. It seems to specialize in fondues but we had the Flemish Stew which was delicious and came served appealingly with not much on, then a casserole pot arrived... More

Very friendly, great atmosphere, well worth going off the beaten track for. Christine's Gambas are sensational and melt in the mouth steak at a reasonable price, house red is very good.
