I loved the food and the service. The fact it is rather hard to find it makes you feel like being on a treasure hunt but it's worth it :)

We wandered, and came across this hidden gem. We got a seat outside right away, and were promptly attended to by our waiter. This was by far the best vegetable soup we've had ever. The lunch specials were affordable, with good portion sizes. Several members of our group got the lasagna, while I had the spaghetti. Everything was spot on.... More

We loved this restaurant. We found it by chance on the Friday of our arrival after we left Cookie's Tapas restaurant. They have an outdoor area by the canal with atmospheric lighting and a good cocktail menu so decided to have a few drinks there. The staff were great in particular the owner who made us feel very welcome, so... More

This was probably the worst meal I've had for a long time. I ordered a cocktail that was so sweet that it was undrinkable. Asked the waiter to exchange it and was informed I'd have to pay for a new drink. He did come back with a new cocktail that was a tad better. The pizza dough was raw in... More

This place in in a lovely position with a view over the canal. We sat at a table with 2 tables together and a rather large angry looking man with a camouflage t shirt demanded that the waitress about to serve us split the tables - it was a rather uncomfortable welcome as he was very aggressive! We ordered 2... More

Having searched for an hour for a bar that would do us a couple of good cocktails (we were beer-ed out!) we resorted to a google map search which directed us 3 mins away to a bar hidden beneath a small shopping centre.... you go down some steps to a little oasis of greenery, lovely outdoor seating and fountains. Prices... More

Friends of ours texted us the name of the restaurant and we had a hard time finding it. But once we did, we were welcomed with an amazing view! Our plan was to go here for a drink, but it was so relaxing and pretty, that we stayed all evening. The service was also very good!

This amazing restaurant is located down an alleyway and you wouldn't really know it was there! The food is amazing - pizza, pasta etc and they make the nicest carbonara I have ever had! I can also highly recommend the Long Island Iced Tea....! We have been to Bruges on a few occasions but this was the only restaurant that... More

Opus Latina is quite hard to find, but well worth it. We didn't eat here, but came every night for early drinks. Great range of beers and wines. Staff are happy, friendly and a pleasure to be around. Not far from the Crown Plaza. Worth the search.
