Good pub food, good choice of menu from traditional fish and chips to curry and Asian duck broth. Service was good even though they were were busy.

Nice location, friendly staff, waiting time for food a little longer than normal - not a problem. The problem started 2 hours post eating when I became very unwell. I'm not sure if something just didn't agree with me or if it was something else.........

Beautiful location, really nice decor and food, expect to wait quite a while as the place has some really busy periods. Really expensive for what you get and the drinks are too. Would have been more prepared to pay the top end price should the service have matched the cost. Limited parking, plenty of outside seating to take in the... More

Hi Alan B Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit with us but I am sorry to hear you feel our prices are expensive. This is currently being reviewed for our summer menu. We do offer competitive deals such as a lunch deal of 2 courses for £10.95. I'm sorry to... More

Five of us ate here for Sunday lunch (4 adults, a 4 year old) whilst on holiday. We booked in advance and had a window table in the front extension with lovely views out over the sea. We would have been pretty disappointed if we'd been sat at the back of the restaurant as it looked quite dark and had... More

Hi there Thank you for taking the time to review the Ship inn, Tresaith. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your visit and that we were able to accommodate you in our conservatory - with only having the ability to fit 6 tables in this section, they are in high demand. It is great to hear your daughter enjoyed... More

Waited 10 minutes i an empty bar to be served but ignored by 3 members of staff. Not good. Very expensive too. Not even the busy period.

Hi there I am sorry to hear the staff on duty when you visited seemed to ignore you. The Easter period has been a very busy time for us, I have spoken to all my staff to re-trained that customers are our first priority. Many thanks Ship Inn, Tresaith More

Amazing view, lovely location, a lovely-sounding menu and, most importantly, a captive audience. The Ship is the only pub/restaurant in beautiful Tresaith and don't they know it. A perfect blend of one-off tourists whom they have no need to charm and regulars like us who have few other options. Not any more. I've given it too many chances and have... More

Lovely location with great sea views if you're very lucky with the odd dolphin frolicking in the sea. Food very good staff friendly and helpful well worth a visit but probably worth while booking in advance

I visited on two occasions during my recent visit to Pembrokeshire. On both occasions the staff were nothing but courteous and friendly. The food was superb, especially the home made fish cakes. The lunch offering is well worth the price. My only quibble was with the dessert, when apparently it was not possible to substitute ice cream, served with the... More

We walked here from Llangrannog in December and completely misguided how tough the walk was. The staff here were brilliant, so helpful. Put the heat lamps on for us, lovely beer and food, lots of fuss for the dogs and sorted us a taxi back Thank you

I have reviewed The Ship before, and I am biased in its favour. However, this time I was so disappointed. I had been bigging it up to friends, we saw the lunch time offer online, so off we went. Unfortunately, most of the menu was off (it was only 1.30 and it ran until 5 pm). Only 2 items remained... More
