We liked this restaurant for dinner. It is probably the most well-known restaurant in town. We enjoyed it, I don’t think you will be disappointed if you choose to go. Reservations are definitely a good idea.

This a great traditional Portuguese restaurant that begins with stunning appetizers prepared before sitting down. Its black pork dishes are among the best and the service is excellent once you get them to realize that you are there to relax and savor the meal not...More

Pure alentejan (from Alentejo) food, high quality, cosy atmosphere, staff really kind. I have been there many times and always been satisfied, with the desire to come back. Once me made a change to our trip ... just to eat there!

Fialho was recommended by locals we met in Obidos, and that was seconded by our hotel manager, who was kind enough to call ahead for a last-minute reservation for us. The starters (which are not free, of course) were outstanding! The prosciutto in particular was...More

Our expectations were high and unfortunately they were not met - snooty wait staff, limited choice, over-seasoned and salty food and lack of creativity and interaction with clientele. They seemed to be ‘ resting on their laurels’. Also off the beaten track and very hard...More

We came to this place with high expectations having read in tour books that it was a top restaurant in the country. We had had much better food in Lisbon in restaurants which were rated average. Firstly, we had a reservation, but we were seated...More

This was a pleasant restaurant with efficient staff. The food was good but not great and we felt it was overpriced. It is clearly popular but we won't be revisiting.
