Grissinis cost 4€ each. Food was ok. Be careful and do not eat anything before you know how much they cost!

Overall I had a good experience in this restaurant. The space is interesting. The menu is not very diversified but the food is great. However, do not order the "garlic bread" it's terrible.
This Italian restaurant with a lot of couverts lies just next to the great wall of Evora. We loved the rooftop terrace with a great view. The food was good (not exeptional though) and the price really fair. We also liked the drinks btw.
We ate inside as it was not warm enough to be eating alfresco although I understand that the terrace does have fab aqueduct views. The food was ok - it wasn't terrible but it wasn't exactly outstanding authentic Italian either. The waiters were the real...More
We needed a break from traditional Portuguese food so found this place tucked behind our hotel, the Mar de Ar Aqueducto in Evora. The pasta Bolognese was delicious and we enjoyed the deck up above in the shadow of the original Aqueduct.
Sitting at the top roof we had a wonderful evening with real italian food - bellissimo! And the price is right (friendly). Together with the historical atmosphere a real recommends.
Having been on the road in Portugal for the last 3 weeks, our US hunger needed some Italian. Recommended by a guide as the best in Evora we easily walked to it. Very good and very well priced. We left with our Italian need we'll...More
Thoroughly enjoyed the food, wine, service and scenery. Not many restaurants in the world where you can have great food with an amazing view of an aqueduct. Enjoyed the salmon pizza and apple/ spinach salad. The prices are very fair for the quality of food....More
This restaurant has a more informal feel to it and obviously caters to families in the area given the people who were dining when I had dinner there. The menu is varied enough to suit most tastes and the staff are helpful.
The pizza base was wafer-thin and crispy, the topping was miserable. One of the pasta dishes has shaved parmesan on the salad - the waiter refused to take a request for no parmesan. The plain grissini on the table cost €1: if we'd known there...More
