We enters this restaurant and sat ourselves down, none of the 3 staff present greeted us; just looked up and didn't even smile. We asked for a menu, which was in Portuguese. We asked a young waitress if they had an English copy to which she replied 'No!' We muddled through the menu and anytime we asked the staff for... More

This restaurant not pretentious in terms of decor, but the service is delightful. They know how to serve white wine properly. We had a salt cod dish which was delicious. This place is great value.

This is a restaurant whose owners are Chinese; the name is Japanese, the menu has Japanese dishes, the food ... is almost Japanese. If you eat inside the restaurant be ready: your clothes will smell like fried shrimp; eating on the terrace can give you the smell of smoke from car exhaust pipes. Faro has one or two other options... More

The quality of the food is not excellent, but it is reasonable for the price. The service is quite slow though.

We saw an ad in the window saying they do spicy tofu. We went in and were asked to sit. We were treated rudely by a female, who said no tofu ad existed in the window. She angrily passed us over to a young man who was quite excruciatingly and embarrassingly arrogant. He never bothered to look in the window,... More

Surly staff, the locals seem to take away from here rather than sit in,give it a miss. We were two adults and 2 children dining here today, very rude off hand service especially the younger waitress, cheap ingredients, food dishes almost slammed onto the table,we were here a few years ago,it has gone downhill, sorry we bothered.

The worst japense on Faro . The only good thing is the location. The noodles are a simple spaghetti, the rice is a simple rice . The staff is not good.

Had an a little tiff with the other half that didn't like my choice for lunch so in her mood she chose this place. Firstly you can see that they just used a laminated "M" to cover over the "N" to change the name of the place. @11.90€ buffet is rather expensive compared to the quality. I'd say it should... More

Good place to spend time with friends having sushi. Prices are reasonable for what they offer. You can actually eat the most you want cause its fixed priced. The quality of the sushi is not perfect but good. Recommend specially in the summer when you can eat outside.
