Whenever we are in Lagos we try to get here for the Pato with rice on Sundays. Always a favourite of mine. Others in our party have had equally enjoyable meals. Have been coming here for years (not just on Sundays!) Always good portions and excellently cooked. Necessary to book most times even in November. The restaurant is very popular... More

Visited again a number of times in October and it is still as good as ever. Fish is first class and cooked to perfection. The fact that it is full of locals speaks volumes for the price and quality.

Had a lovely meal here last week, all 6 people loved there meal. The cover is very good with a cheese well worth trying. Between us we had chicken, veal steak, salmon, pork & lamb chops. The house wine is good & very reasonable. Only two had room for desert but again both very happy. The bill was less than... More

We visited this restaurant last week, while on holiday in Lagos, it was excellent. Very reasonably priced and a fantastic selection on the menu. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was buzzing with locals which is a great sign. We tried to go back on Saturday night but unfortunately they were closed. AForga is a must visit... More

The fish was very well seasoned, fresh and perfectly grilled. The only small drawback was that the waiters which were all in a hurry. However, we have to say that the restaurant was completely full. Hence, the stress feeling.

Simply cooked fish and meat, try the lamb chops! Great value....there is a reason that they queue in the street here!

Nice people, good fish but salad and potatoes are simple. Tables close to each other, so no privacy at all. But very cheap, very friendly staff and very fresh fish.

Behind a tiny entrance, where few would step in, A Forja cooks fresh fish and seafood in a tasty manner and for a reasonable price. We have been there a few times and we always enjoy the garlic clams as an appetizer.m, followed by some fresh grilled fish. As a desert, I can particularly recommend the Molokov, a sort of... More
