This was a last minute find on Sunday evening . We arrived with 11 people in this charming restaurant. The proprietor was friendly maybe a little bit slow serving our drinks, but hey we are on holiday. H was very helpful with choosing a nice bottle of wine. The food was ordered and arrived in good time. Everyone was happy... More

Unfriendly, expensive and nothing special. We arrived before closing. He said to us that it is still possible to eat. But than we get stressed, because he stayed around the table and waited for the payment. He put 23% tax on the receipt and we couldnt find this tax on the menu

The proprietor and his wife (the chef) provided an amazing meal. Some of the little touches here contributed to an excellent evening. I hope to return here again.

It was Sunday night and Loule was crowded following the festival parade. A lot of restaurants were closed and others busy so we asked our hotel reception to book us into this restaurant as it was one suggested on their hotel local guide. A charming building with a vaulted ceiling but we should have been wary as it was empty... More

Followed by fresh strawberries & ice cream, total bill 55.78 euros, Good portuguese music played, charming host.Only one other couple there as rather off the beaten track. Disabled friendly... More

The staff is nice, the food was really good and the suggested wine was great, also the house sweet is very good too, consisting of almond and sweet potato. But for me the best about this place was the cozy feeling of the whole environment and the pleasant ambient music.

No complaints really. Portion sizes are on the large side and food is well cooked. We had sardines and a pork dish neither could we finish. Asked for a bottle of white wine, which was nice enough, even though it was not served but rather left for us to pour.

A small cellar style restaurant close to the centre of Loule. We both had the lamb which was well cooked and very tender; delicious and good value. The wine was also very good. The service was very good and I would recommend you seek out this little gem.
