Low season and football night- we were the only guests at the restaurant, recommended by our guesthouse owner. The owner was very friendly, the food was very good, and the place has the charm of a bygone era. We enjoyed our evening there.
First of all, they bring out bread and butter, and charge you for it at the end, without telling you. Anything else they bring you without you ordering yourself, you are charged for, so don't assume anything is complimentary. I totally agree with the last...More

I do not comprehend why other Portugese restaurants cannot or do not include a vegetarian entre on their menu, but since they don't, we were delighted to finally find this restaurant that has 3 vegetarian options on their menu! We were not sure what to...More
Flor de Coimbra is a restaurant with a unique and very intimate atmosphere, situated in the oldest hotel in Coimbra. Typical Portuguese food (fish, meat and vegetarian menu) and charming fado music made your experience unforgettable!
