Local Cascais is inside Mercado da Vila, a building that dates to 1952 and that was recently refurbished becoming a place to visit with multiple attractions such as the well known Farmer´s Market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Local Cascais was the first shop opened by Local- Your Healthy Kitchen. Here you will find several healthy food options from vegan, dairy free and wheat free dishes to delicious homemade desserts made without refined sugar . Inattentive staff ignored my nut allergy warning and caused a severe and life threatening allergic reaction.

Wow!

Some of the best food in town! Excellent healthy (really!) food cooked in imaginative ways! Wish I could learn from them! Im a vegetarian and this is my Nirvana! Those who eat meat and fish, there are excellent dishes for you too.
