Really enjoyed this meal. Very creative use of ingredients, good value, extremely interesting setting. Felt very authentic and rustic The menu has lots of cured meat on it so make sure your dining companions are aware beforehand as not everyone eats it and it may...More

Fabulous atmosphere. Inside an old place from where Lisbon was supplied with water. The place is well mantained until today, and very little adapted to became a wine bar. You could expect the best from a wine bar, with also something to eat. Gorgeous place....More

This was so, so much fun. Let's start with the setting. The restaurant is built into the middle of a 19th century aqueduct. We sat across from the main chute in an area for removing impurities from the water. We did the port wine tasting...More

We ate outside here one evening and thought the wine and tapas were of a very good quality for the price. Would recommend this more as a snack/starter though as the tapas did not really satisfy as meal.

We stayed at an Airbnb right next door to this hidden gem. The service was okay (woman was a bit rude). We selected an amazing Douro 2014 wine for 15 £uros. We enjoyed the inside of this location and the bossa nova playing in the...More
