Close to Marquese de Pombal, O Mastro is a good option for dinner after a day of visits and shopping. Good for families (our boy asked us to repeat -and we did-, that's the best sign).

O Mastro was originally recommended by my Hotel in Marquis de Pombal area. And I am so pleased we went to try it. It has become a regular eating choice whenever in Lisbon
Nothing special, but huge portions, fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. The kind of no nonsense local food establishment that is a great alternative to the tourist areas.
