We accidentally ended up in this place, but no regrets whatsoever. Superb wines, tasty food - try the cheese platter - friendly staff. Just great!

Nice host with wide selection of wines, some food also. Special ambience. Just stop by for a glass when you walk nearby.

We have been there to test Porto of course. It was my 30th birthday so I had a 30 years old Porto! Amazing!! The place is small but very nice for a snack and Porto break! I really love the deco! Very appropriate! I recommend.

Went here on New Year's Eve and waited for a table to have a drink. Staff were in a party mood but still attentive - great atmosphere and reasonable wine prices. Would definitely recommend - such a shame we found it on our last day!

We drank some port in this wonderful little place that we found by accident because the nearby Lisbeer wasn't open yet. They have a wonderful selection of port and the dry white we had was great.

I came here with a coworker on a Monday night after a work conference to unwind. We had a few glasses of wine and shared a cheese and sausage plate. The food was good and presented nicely. We also had some bread and olives which were also tasty. The wines were good and the atmosphere was cozy, the lighting was... More

Really loved this cute little bar - it's popular with a great atmosphere, relaxing music, bottles lining the walls and the ceiling, serving lovely port & cheese. Recommend going after dinner.

Staying in Baixa, Rossio & Restauradores

Neighbourhood Profile
Baixa, Rossio & Restauradores
A pending candidate to become a World Heritage Site, Lisbon's downtown (the "Baixa Pombalina", or simply "Baixa") is a perfect example of anti-earthquake construction, having been rebuilt following the 1755 earthquake by the famous Marquês de Pombal (hence its name). Its offer is vast: restaurants and cafes in Rossio and Restauradores, outlets and shops in the Áurea, Augusta, Prata and other famous streets, the imponent Praça do Comércio and its Arch, the luxury shops along the Avenida da Liberdade, this is the beating heart of the city center. The Baixa also grants easy access to trains leading to Sintra, the trams that go around the Castle hill, old neighborhoods or even take you to Belém, and Lisbon's traditional restaurants and cafes. Considering a visit to the Fashion and Design Museum (free entrance) and don't forget to try the famous liquor, "ginjinha"!
