Next to the Largo of Graca this local restaurant offers traditional Portuguese food at very decent prices. Nothing sophisticated, just house wine and bacalau. If you can find a table you won't be disappointed.

If you ever listen someone speaking about "Cabreira's" egg tart, you know that it is a sure winner without surprises. But if you take the chance of trying something new, go after the croissant with egg cream, the palmiers (any!), the bread, etc. The balance between the salt and the sugar is somthing you will never forget! A must in... More

" A Cabreira" is a great surprise in Graça! It's a typical restaurant were you can taste various dishes: soups, both fish and meat dishes, and also the daily suggestioned dish. It offers a good wine and superb pasteis!!! The service is good and quick: I was offered a gourgeous sause to add to my fish and the typical pasteis de... More

Inconspiciously located on the main street in Graca is this quality bakery with coffee, fresh orange juice and seats. If you haven't tried pasteis de nata, get them here. Otherwise I'm sure they will pass the test.

Thank Arthur C

Staying in Graca & Sao Vicente

Neighbourhood Profile
Graca & Sao Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
