On our last night in Lisbon, we found this great Brazilian restaurant just by wandering around Calcada Eng. Miguel Pais. We were looking for a place with some vegetarian options and stopped to read the menu. The owner/chef was so attentive and personable and when I ordered the black bean dish with rice, kale and orange slices, she asked if... More

Stumbled across this small restaurant and almost carried on walking as the doors were locked. Glad we didn't Small, cosy, and clearly the pride and joy of the owner who made it feel like we were guests at her home. She was happy to explain what things were on the menu, where they come from, how they were prepared and... More

Nowadays there are lots of choices of Brazilian restaurants, however "Comida de Santo" is an historical restaurant, because it was one of the first Brazilian restaurants in Lisbon. Is a family restaurant, with very good Brazilian food homemade, which is great comparing with other options. Definitely I recommend this restaurant, because the quality is always good

So I was unfamiliar with the closing of restaurants on Sunday in Lisbon and could not find any place appealing open in Barrio Alto where I was staying on a short visit and so I hiked up to Principe Real only to find the same issue there!. Anyway as I am rather particular about where I eat I kept trudging... More

The dinner consisted of sausage starters. then we had dried prawns cooked in palm oil with mandioca flour with rice and chicken cooked similarly with some more fried prawns. A VERY hot chilli in vodka sauce was available for spicing things up. Very pleasant staff and a decent wine list.

The four of us were staying in an apartment near by for a week long vacation. We decided to try this neighborhood restaurant, because it was close by. We were delighted. I think it was the owner who seated us and took our order. We asked him to make suggestions. The shrimp dish and the pork dish were both delicious.... More

This is a nice small restaurant in the center of Lisbon, near Príncipe real, where you can enjoy very good brasilian food. The staff are very nice, and caipirinhas are marvelous. I strongly recommend the 'casquinha de siri' !

On top of this, Príncipe Real offers a variety of places to eat: if you're in a hurry, drop by "Pizza a Pezzi"; and if you're not, taste the delicious Honorato hamburgers, Argentinian cuisine at La Paparrucha and also great, delicious Portuguese food at Tascardoso!
