We were heading elsewhere and saw Lareira. We went in and had a great experience: very good food, delicious sangria, excellent customer care, on a great spot - cross the road and you are at Serralves. We will definitely come back many many times!
Great location, no waiting time, good service. Good quality portuguese tapas. Portuguese specialities like caldo verde, pernil and sangria, cannot be forgotten.

My wife and I and two good friends from Germany had lunch at this unexpected delight of a cafe. Stylish, with some modern take on Portuguese traditions - we all had variations on the pork sandwich - fantastic. Also accompanied by home made garlic crisps...More
