Fresh, home-made pasta! We tried the linguini with porcini and the fettuccini amatriciana, both very tasteful! The appetizer we had, mozzarella di buffala, was very satisfying, with smooth, creamy texture, accompanied with fresh tomatoes and basilikum. The dessert, tiramisu, excellent!

Friendly and passionate owner. Homemade pasta, certainly try the carbonara, you will love it. We had the meloncello and chocolate gelato afterwards, which was the best we ever had. We would absolutely recommend this place.

If I am given a choice of restaurants, I would hardly ever go for an Italian. Reason being, if the food is good I will finish the whole lot!!! Well this was the case with Maltagliati. A small place hidden into the neighbourhoods of Faliro that makes 'fresh' pasta. A menu with the right amount of variety. You can of... More

This place comes as a surprise, primarily because of its location. I did not expect to find such an authentic place in the area of Ampelokipi. Everything served comes from people who love their and put passion in what they do. In the end of the day, though, it is just a trattoria. Which is really overpriced, much expensive for... More

A traditional trattoria in Paleo Faliro that serves up fresh, delicious, home-made pasta! It went beyond the level of comfort food and hit aria levels. It also has a non-smoking section. Yeah! We walked in without a reservation, a party of five and three boisterous kids and they quickly accommodated us. The dishes were excellent. In the two hours we... More

We are a couple with a kid and the recommendation was for the "homemade pasta and fair prices". Arrived at 8.30 we were just the second customers; very small place (9 tables); you directly see the cuisine (and your clothes absorb the smells)! The polish manager was very polite and helpful. The starter came almost immediatelly, but not the pasta... More

Very very bad food!!! Expensive for it's quality. Average service. The wine list, there is no wine list, although they ask 20€ and 18€ for a bottle of wine which they know nothing about. We would never go back for anything!!!!

It's a simple Italian restaurant having moderate spaghetti dishes. The best thing in this place is the tiramisu that it's the best in town. Really incredible!!!

Enjoyed a superb dining experience 11/2/2013 - at 2-star recommendation of Frommer's Athens Day-by-Day - well worth the 2 stars. A bit hard to find off of the Metro at Panormou, but glad we made the effort. Didn't open until 8 per Grecian norm, but we Americans showed up at 7:30, so had to hang around a little while. Seated...
