We went there on a Thursday night . Really nothing bad to say for the place except that it is a bit pricy . Modern restaurant, many people from other countries eating , friendly stuff. Food came to us very quickly and all the dishes...More

Not the most attractive setting, although the restaurant itself and the small terrace opposite is elegantly and tastefully decorated and furnished. Choice of inside (air-conditioned) or outside seating. It’s off the beaten path (patrons were just Greek—which is always a good sign), but easy to...More

We had a lovely experience at Aiolou 68. We ordered several grilled seafood dishes and shared. Excellent grilled shrimp with paprika- would definitely recommend. White House wine is also really good, considering it’s low price

We have been invited by a good friend to have lunch. What an amazing experience !!! Smoked eel was the best but all were much above average. Will definitely come back.

Delightful out-of-the-main drag fish restaurant. I ordered Fish Soup as my main course and it was the best I have ever tasted. (see picture - the fish soup is on the left). Quiet and clean. Shared an octopus as a starter that came with potatoes....More

We found this restaurant via trip advisor and are pretty certain we wouldn’t have just come across it otherwise. Lovely eatery and lovely drinks too, House wine for 2.50 Euro and it was delicious. We had paella for 2, it definitely could’ve fed a third....More

We ate here twice on our recent trip . The menu is fairly small with the dishes resembling tapas but very Greek . We had the Caesar salad ( fabulous ) , COD with garlic and fried squid . All beautifully cooked and served in...More

We visited the restaurant with a number of friends and we ordered pretty much half of the menu, some dishes twice! Armyra, sardines, shrimps, cod, eel... all delicious! But honestly, we avoided the very expensive dishes as we wanted the authentic Greek experience of sharing...More

Omonia Square is as plain in appearance as Syntagma is
grand. Surrounded largely by functional blocks from
the 1950s and 60s and no longer boasting its
underground stalls, the square is now mostly
frequented by immigrants and bargain shoppers. The
most rewarding area to explore is to the south. Set
off down Athinas Street, with the Acropolis gradually
coming into focus in the distance, and you will get a
