The staff were friendly and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. I read the review on trip advisor and it sounds okay. However, since I was Travelling alone, I didn't want to order anything too big so I ordered a seafood pasta instead. Pasta was Super soggy. Seafood on the pasta taste ok- average. So I ate all the seafood... More

I went a few times for dinner in this restaurant and the result has always been very convincing. The restaurant is in a beautiful pedestrian street close to the Venetian harbor, very nice and well cared for. The outside tables are a bit too close to each other unfortunately. The food is really good and the staff is very kind,... More

Good Cretan food, with a nice twist. Also, make the best curry in Crete. However, the service staff should be trained in waitering. It's like being served by prisoners, just imagine. The atmosphere is dead, due to the staff. It's amazing how this place continues, with these Neanderthals. AND, we didn't get into any confrontation. Just honest.

We have eaten here in each of the last 3 years and the food has always been excellent. This time I brought my brother and his fiancé and we were all blown away. We shared the Seafood Special and it was all incredible. The Grilled Octopus was the highlight. Every dish we had was superb and the kids said the... More

We followed other good reviews on this lovely restaurant , all correct and we had good lunch. Located in a small street with old city atmosphere. Family of five and each found his dish. Fresh Greek salad, Amizing Tzatziki, hot and tasty stuffed Vine leaves, good Moussakas and more!. We could not chose better for our lunch.

Whatever we ordered was nicely prepared and tasty, the environment cosy and the staff friendly. On top of that a nice local band playing laika and rembetika songs keeping us entertained! Overall I can comfortably recommend kalnterimi!

Decided to return to this restaurant after having lunch a couple of days before and we were not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, finding us a table inside on a windy evening. Both the lamb, which could have fed two, and the salmon dishes were cooked to perfection. No need to order dessert as it comes as... More

We enjoyed this restaurant very much. Not only was the service very good, but everything we ordered for dinner on 3 different nights was fabulous. We are only sorry that we discovered it so late in our stay.

We stopped at Kalnterimi as recomended by locals. The experience was espectacular and we doubt we will even try other restaurant in town for the two days left we have. The bread served with tomato and oil is fantastic. And thats only the bread. Order whatever from the daily recomendations and you will bot be dissapointed. Staff formidable and very... More
